Description: MultiCare Adult Day Health provides health and rehabilitative services to persons 18 years and over who have functional, physical, and/or cognitive disability. A caring staff enthusiastically provides services to improve or maintain physical health and functional abilities in a fun and energetic setting. Transportation and a hot meal are included in the four-hour program.
