- The work of the Children’s Museum of Tacoma has evolved and grown over the last decade. We are an education and advocacy organization that has become more than a museum. We changed our name in fall 2019 to reflect this organizational growth, and are now called Greentrike, the nonprofit organization that supports existing programming and advocacy for children and youth in Pierce County, Washington. Greentrike continues to honor children and youth and champion play with the same staff, mission, and board.
