Description: The MultiCare Adult Day Health Center is a community-based program that helps participants continue to live as independently as possible. We strive to help people stay at the highest level of independent living by giving them options. We offer a supportive, compassionate environment committed to fulfilling the goals of our participants and their families: regaining or maintaining independence, maintaining or improving functional mobility, managing chronic health conditions, providing companionship and activities for those who may be isolated at home, offering support, peace of mind and respite for caregivers, and providing advocacy for community and social services.
