Description: Educators, service professionals, families, and advocates of the disabilities community meet monthly to discuss ways to coordinate efforts and resources and share best practices while supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities & learning disabilities who are transitioning from high school to work or post-secondary options. Meetings held second Tuesday of each month during the school year at Elmer’s Restaurant, 7427 South Hosmer Street in Tacoma, 7-8:30 a.m. All meetings are open to the public and we encourage students and parents to attend. (No meetings held in July or August.)
